Where do you enjoy going for a cocktail?  Melvyn’s - We love the whole retro vibe and the history of the place.  Plus, do NOT miss out on going to the bathroom there and check out the pay phone that Sinatra, Martin, etc. all used!  Ultra coolness!

What do you think is the best kept secret in Palm Springs?  The Judy Show at The Purple Room - Judy Garland is not dead, she’s alive and mesmerizing crowds just as she always has!

If I asked you to take me to your favorite “locals only” spot for dinner, where would we go?   Billy Reeds - their cheesecake alone will make a wet spot!

Where is your favorite happy hour?  Tropicale - Great service, great drinks and appetizers that will make you want to slap yo mama!

When you go to the Cabazon Outlets, which 3 stores do you have to go through?  Robert Graham (Conrad loves lots of color - if you can’t hide it, decorate it!), Armani and Diesel (no trip there is complete without them!)

Where is the best people watching in Downtown? Lulu’s Patio - whether checking out the hot guys from WeHo or the sandals and socks from Wisconsin, you are never at a loss for entertainment!

What do you feel the top 3 things someone should know before jumping into the PS Real Estate Market?

1)  Not all agents are created equal.  Enough said!

2)  Palm Springs market is rebounding from the downturn faster than any city in the Coachella Valley.  And the home prices are ridiculously attainable when compared to major markets. (SF, Portland, NY, SD, Boston……..)

3)  Find advocates (agents) who know the city, know the market, know how to negotiate, know how provide the ultimate in customer service and know that their success is only tied to your ultimate happiness and satisfaction.
